A Whole New World

A video of a novel stunt recently made headlines. In the video, Jesse Wellens, dressed up as Aladdin, rode his magic carpet around New York on Oct. 30.
This is a creation made by Wellens, who is a vlogger (video blogger), and self-taught filmmaker Casey Neistat. Wellens came up with the idea two weeks prior to filming it. Although Wellens and Neistat were short on time to create the carpet, they were able to make it using an electric skateboard and red cloth.
Wellens and Neistat wanted to make something to put a smile on everyone’s face for Halloween.

한 기발한 묘기의 비디오가 최근 화제가 되고 있습니다. 비디오에서, 알라딘으로 변장한 Jesse Wellens가 10월 30일 자신의 마법 양탄자를 타고 뉴욕을 돌아다녔습니다. 이것은 블로거인 (비디오 블로거) Wellens와 독학한 영화 제작자 Casey Neistat에 의해 만들어진 창작품입니다. Wellens는 촬영하기 2주 전에 그 아이디어를 생각해 냈습니다. Wellens과 Neistat은 그 양탄자를 만들기엔 시간이 조금밖에 없었음에도 불구하고, 전기 스케이트보드와 붉은 천을 이용해 그것을 만들어 낼 수 있었습니다. Wellens과 Neistat는 할로윈에 모두가 얼굴에 미소를 띠게 하기 위해 무언가를 만들고 싶었습니다.
